Refund Policy
We have implemented a fair policy:
  • A 30-day refund is guaranteed if the service has not been delivered due to reasons beyond our control (lack of documentation, client request to postpone, client not present in Poland, etc.).
  • This condition is clearly stipulated in our agreements with clients.

Data Security and Confidentiality
All information is securely encrypted in our CRM.
  • Staff access is strictly separated by team space depending on the client served.
  • Data is immediately deleted after the completion of the service in accordance with our GDPR policy.
