Based on Article. 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on personal data protection), hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation", we would like to inform you that RA Vladyslav Yeremiy. with its headquarters in Warsaw at ul. Providing your personal data to us is a requirement allowing the provision of services services by „RA” accordingly to agreement. If you request the „RA”. in a different case, then the providing of data is voluntary, but necessary for proper resolution of your case.

Data processing may be necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person (Article 6 (1) (c, d and e of the Regulation).

If personal data reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health, sexuality or sexual orientation, they are processed when it is necessary for reasons of important public interest, including the public interest in the field of public safety, when it is necessary to ensure health care and the management of health systems or services, and when it is necessary for archiving purposes in the public interest (Art. paragraph 2 (g, h, i and j of the Regulation). Personal data may be made available only to entities authorized under the law, as well as entities with whom „RA” concluded contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data.

They may not be made available to or obtained from entities against which there is a reasonable presumption that they commit persecution or cause serious harm for client.

Client has the right to access his personal data, i.e. the right to obtain confirmation as to whether the administrator processes this data and information regarding such processing, and the right to rectify the data, if the data processed by the administrator is incorrect or incomplete, the right to object against data processing and the right to limit data processing.
