GAME OVER FOR TRC DATES IN INPOL ?

Relocation Company in Poland

Official note from the Warsaw Immigration Office

"The Mazovian Governor has looked closely at reports of dishonest middlemen messing with the system for getting temporary stay permits in Poland. We want to remind everyone that our office doesn't charge for queue spots and to be careful with companies that do. We're not responsible for what these companies do, and buying a spot doesn't guarantee you'll get seen.

Exciting news: we're updating our appointment system. From April 12, 2024, you can't book through the inPOL calendar for temporary stays anymore. Instead, we'll have a new form ready on Friday for booking visits to apply for temporary stays.
We know it's tough to stop all unfair queue jumping, especially with more applications than ever in Mazovia. But we're doing everything we can to stop it.
Heads up: if there's something wrong with your form (like if bots are used), it will be rejected and you won't get your appointment.

Note: The new form is just for temporary stays. For everything else, use the inPOL calendar.

We're working hard to make things fairer and smoother for everyone."

2. Fill Out the Form Accurately: Make sure to enter all required information accurately. This usually includes personal information, contact details, and the specific nature of your appointment request.

3. Submit and Wait for Confirmation: Once you submit the form, you should receive a confirmation message or email that your request has been received. The system will then queue you for an available appointment date.

4. Monitor Your Visa or Residence Card Legality: It's crucial to keep track of the expiration date of your visa or residence card. If the appointment date you receive falls beyond this date, you'll need to take alternative steps.

5. Alternative Steps if Necessary: If your appointment date is beyond the legality of your stay:

6. Submit Documents by Post: Check if the immigration office allows you to submit your documents by mail as a way to renew or extend your visa or residence permit.

7. Seek an Appointment at Another Office: If the waiting times are too long, you might consider getting an appointment at another immigration office that has shorter queues.

8. Stay Informed: Keep an eye on any updates from the immigration office regarding your appointment or changes in the process.

Remember, it's important to act well within the time limits to avoid any legal issues regarding your stay. If you're unsure about any part of the process, consider seeking advice from a legal professional specializing in immigration law.

Remember! INPOL still provides the dates FOR PR and CITIZENSHIP.

The recent changes apply specifically to temporary residence card applications. We anticipate these updates will soon extend to permanent residency (PR) and citizenship cases as well. Therefore, we recommend submitting your application as soon as possible to avoid potential delays with postal submissions.
