Since May 2025, the Mazovian Immigration Office in Warsaw has once again changed the process for reserving time slots. They have brought back the INPOL Calendar — arguably one of the most unpredictable booking tools ever created. On top of that, they introduced an anti-bot system which, in their effort to stop bots, is now actively blocking humans too.
So if you’re wondering why you keep getting logged out, denied access, or receive zero available dates — it’s probably because INPOL thinks you're a robot. Welcome to the future. No, you're not a bot. But you’ll now need to act like the most normal, non-repetitive, relaxed human being possible to avoid being flagged as one.
Understanding Which Date You Need to Book
Before attempting to book anything, you must clearly identify your purpose:
Temporary Residence Permit (TRC)
Permanent Residence Permit / EU Long-Term Resident Permit
Citizenship of Poland
Each category has its own quirks and booking patterns:
🌟 Permanent Residence / EU Long-Term Residence Permit
These are the easiest to book if you're consistent. Log in regularly (preferably early mornings), avoid spamming, and keep your behaviour natural. Many users report success within 1–2 weeks of consistent checking.
🏛 Citizenship
This is a morning game. Dates are most often released around 8:00 AM. Be logged in and ready. Do not refresh like crazy or you'll get kicked.
⏳ Temporary Residence Permit
This is the most volatile. Time slots appear in waves: sometimes at 8:00–8:30 AM, sometimes randomly during the day. Monitor it carefully, but avoid repetitive clicking or logging in/out, or you'll risk being blacklisted.

When you finally see a date:
Click it immediately
Enter the SMS code as fast as possible
Confirm the booking
If you've succeeded — congratulations. You’ve defeated the machine. For now.
If not — don’t panic. Try again tomorrow. Or the day after.
